Genesco Sues Visa for $13M in PCI Dispute

The parent company of Journeys, Lids Locker Room and Journeys Kidz is suing Visa after Wells Fargo and Fifth Third Financial seized millions from its bank accounts. The funds were take after the institutions were fined by Visa for noncompliance to PCI standards following a breach of Genesco’s IT network.
