Lululemon founder to sell half his stake in retailer

Chip Wilson, who has a 27 percent stake in Lululemon, has agreed to sell half his shares to the private equity firm Advent International. Mr. Wilson has also pledged not to attempt a hostile takeover of the company for at least 18 months.
