The National Retail Federation welcomed bipartisan patent reform legislation introduced by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck E. Grassley, R-Iowa, and Ranking Member Patrick J. Leahy, D-Vt., that seeks to protect retailers and other businesses from overly litigious patent trolls.
