Judge finds fault with FTC’s tactics to block Staples/Office Depot deal

A judge has criticized the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for asking Amazon to say it would be unable to offer next-day deliveries to its business customers for two years. The FTC is trying to show there is no current strong number two competitor in office supplies to a combined Staples and Office Depot.
