Eastern Mountain Sports parent files for Chapter 11

Vestis Retail Group LLC, which owns Eastern Mountain Sports, Bob’s and Sports Chalet, has filed for bankruptcy. The company announced plans to shutter all 46 Sports Chalet locations along with eight Eastern Mountain and one Bob’s stores.
