You might not be all that amazed to see Chapul Cricket Bars in specialty health food stores. But in Publix? Yes, according to reports, mainstream stores like Publix and Town & Country Markets in Seattle are selling the cricket-based products which are apparently becoming a hot item among Silicon Valley techies and other health minded consumers.
