Consumers looking to avoid the hassles of shopping in stores are turning to services such as Kroger’s ClickList and Walmart’s Grocery Pickup to do their food shopping. Many shoppers, such as Jennifer Christman at the Democrat Gazette in Arkansas, may never go back in stores after being delighted with the level of service they’ve received with local click and collect grocery services.
