Kellogg’s recalls frozen waffles over listeria concerns

The Kellogg Co. announced yesterday that it was voluntarily recalling 10,000 cases of Eggo Nutri-Grain Whole Wheat Waffles distributed in 25 states over concerns they may have been contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The bacteria is potentially life-threatening to children, the elderly and individuals with compromised immune systems.
