Walgreens sues Theranos for breach of contract

Walgreens has filed a suit against Theranos, the failed blood testing company, for $140 million alleging breach of contract. Theranos, which promised accurate tests using a pinprick instead of the traditional blood draw, had to close after articles were published showing the process did not work.
