Click and collect an advantage for brick and mortar stores

Consumers choose click and collect services for multiple reasons that include being able to get an ordered item more quickly or to save on delivery costs. Whatever the reason, 39 percent of consumers plan to take advantage of these services over the holidays, up from 32 percent last year, according to the International Council of Shopping Centers.
