Melissa Phillips, president and chief operating officer at Tuesday Morning, has resigned from the company following a holiday season during which sales were up but profitability was off due to higher expenses. Steven Becker, Tuesday Morning’s CEO, will assume the president title while the COO position is being eliminated at the off-price chain.
