Amazon Books, Amazon Go, and a currently unnamed drive-up grocery store in Seattle are all part of Amazon.com’s attempts to connect with consumers on their terms. The company has also puts its Treasure Truck on the city’s streets to deliver items sold as part of flash sales through its mobile app.
