McD’s counting on ‘mobile order and pay’ to boost sales

McDonald’s will be rolling out “mobile order and pay” to all its restaurants in the U.S. by the end of the year. The fast-food giant is looking to the technology to help speed service and improve customer satisfaction levels. Customers will have the option of picking up pre-ordered items from McDonald’s drive-thrus or at designated curbside delivery spots.
