Neiman Marcus seeks to restructure debt

Neiman Marcus Group has hired Lazard Ltd. to help it restructure its debt. The upscale department store operator is not in danger of filing for bankruptcy, but it is carrying $4.8 billion in debt, according to sources who spoke to Reuters.
