Hudson’s Bay had a tough fourth quarter

Hudson’s Bay Co. posted a net loss of $152 million in the quarter ending Jan. 28, after same-store sales fell 1.2 percent overall. The company’s off-price business, which includes Saks Off Fifth and Gilt, experienced a 5.9 percent decline in comp sales.
