Starbucks tests new lunch menu in Chicago

Starbucks has debuted a new lunch menu in 100 of its Chicago stores. The Mercato lunch menu expands the number of vegetarian-friendly options offered along with more protein-filled choices. If successful, the menu, which includes salads in full and half sizes, sandwiches, Bistro Boxes and other items, will be rolled out nationwide.
