Starbucks eyes Chicago’s Magnificent Mile for Roastery concept

Starbucks is negotiating a deal to open one of its upscale Roastery concept stores in a 35,000-square-foot building at the corner of North Michigan Avenue and Erie Street in Chicago. If Starbucks closes the deal for the four-story building, it would be the largest of five Roastery locations that the coffee giant plans to open.
