Barnes & Noble names fourth CEO since 2013

Demos Parneros, who has served as chief operating officer of Barnes & Noble for the last five months, has been named as the company’s new CEO. Mr. Parneros, who is the fourth CEO named by the chain since 2013, succeeds Ronald Boire who was ousted from the position after less than a year on the job.
