Xcel Brands, which owns fashion labels including C. Wonder, Isaac Mizrahi and Judith Ripka, has brought fast-fashion to upscale apparel. Under CEO Bob D’Loren, the company has cut the time it takes an item to go from a designer’s sketch to the sales floor down to six weeks.
