Brooklyn café sues Starbucks for ‘unicorn’ trademark infringement

The End Brooklyn, a café located in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, began selling its Unicorn Latte in December. In a new lawsuit, Montauk Juice Factor, which owns the café, claims that Starbucks’ Unicorn Frappuccino introduced last month infringes on its trademark. Starbucks has dismissed the suit as having no merit.
