A woman in Maryland has filed a class action suit against Burger King alleging it ran a deceptive national buy one, get one promotion. Koleta Anderson made purchases at different Burger King locations and produced receipts showing the price of a single Sausage Croissan’wich was lower than the cost of two of the same sandwiches at Burger King’s promotional price. The Miami Herald conducted its own investigation and turned up similar results.
