Subway turns to touchscreens to reverse sales declines

The Subway chain has seen sales slump for three years. Now the company is turning to touchscreen kiosks, a la Panera Bread, to improve ordering efficiency and drive sales. The company also plans to install digital menu boards and offer free Wi-Fi connections in some locations.
