Stores fall short of meeting consumers’ expectations

Many, if not most, stores simply stink when it comes to providing satisfying customer experiences, according to a new GPShopper report. The survey of 1,200 adults conducted by YouGov found that 78 percent like stores that started out online and then opened physical locations such as Warby Parker. Eighty percent like ordering online and picking up purchases in stores.
