Walmart to speed up online returns

Customers returning online orders to Walmart stores will be able to use the retailer’s app to accomplish the task in 35 seconds or less. Walmart is also changing its policy, similar to Amazon, where some damaged items and other products will not need to be returned for customers to receive a refund.
