Supervalu to expand grocery wholesale network with deal

Supervalu announced a deal to acquire Associated Grocers of Florida for $180 million. The deal is the second of the year for Supervalu, which acquired Unified Grocers earlier this year. Associated Grocers of Florida generates $650 million in annual revenue serving customers in its home state as well as others in the Caribbean, Central and South America and Asia.
