Hudson’s Bay CEO leaving retailer

Gerald Storch, CEO of Hudson’s Bay Co., which owns its namesake chain as well as Lord & Taylor, Kaufhof and Saks, is leaving the retailer on Nov. 1 and returning to his consulting firm, Storch Advisors. Richard Baker, who will serve as interim CEO with Mr. Storch’s departure, said the company remains committed to its growth and investment plans.
