Amazon.com has its limitations, according to Christopher Mims, a Wall Street Journal technology columnist. Mr. Mims says Amazon is very good at identifying commodity categories and offering lower prices and faster shipping than its rivals. What it is not so good at is developing high-end tech products and creating video content on par with Netflix and others, he writes.
