Lowe’s to pay bonus to hourly employees

Lowe’s plans to play a one-time bonus to more than 260,000 hourly employees. The amount of the bonus paid will be tied to length of service at the company, topping out at $1,000 for those with the company 20 years or more. The home improvement retailer has also expanded benefits for maternity and parental leave.
