Kraft Heinz failed in a bid to acquire Unilever for $143 billion about a year ago. Many are expecting the company to go after further acquisitions while it continues to try and update its legacy brands such as Kraft Mac & Cheese and Oscar Mayer hot dogs to connect with modern consumers.
