Sprouts beats Wall Street’s expectations

Sprouts Farmers Market posted a same-store sales increase of 4.6 percent in the most recent quarter, higher than the 4.3 percent gain expected by analysts. The organic foods grocery chain saw its earnings per share improve to 29 cents compared to 12 cents for the same period last year.
