San Francisco bans fur sales

San Francisco has become the largest city in the U.S. to ban the sale of fur. The ban will go into effect on Jan. 1, 2019 with retailers being given a year to sell off their existing stock. The prohibition applies to all clothing and accessories containing animal fur.
