A proposed action by the Burgerville Workers Union is a scheduled vote that will bring in the National Labor Relations Board to mandate that the company engage in contract negotiations. The union, which was formed two years ago, has attempted unsuccessfully to get the Burgerville to recognize its legitimacy over that time.
