Mills Fleet Farm changes gun background check policy

Mills Fleet Farm has changed its policy to withhold sale of firearms to any individual until it receives approval from the FBI. Federal law says a sale may go through if it a seller doesn’t hear from the FBI in three days. The retailer has also decided to no longer advertise the sale of sporting rifles and high-capacity magazines.
