Few use Alexa to shop on Amazon

Amazon.com may have sold 50 million Echo and other smart devices that incorporate its Alexa voice-activated assistant, but hardly anyone uses them to order goods from the e-tail giant. In fact, only two percent of people with these devices use them to shop, according to a report by The Information website.
