Amazon HQ2 search could be the end nondisclosure agreements

Government officials are questioning the wisdom of cities and states that signed nondisclosure agreements to participate in the bidding for Amazon.com’s HQ2 project. Lawmakers in New York, one of the states to get a piece of the HQ2 pie, are proposing legislation that would ban public officials from signing NDAs with private businesses in the future.
