Hobby Lobby is closing its eight Hemispheres furniture stores by the end of the year. “The home furnishing business is very competitive,” Hemispheres’ president Malora Spurlock said in a statement. “We ultimately determined long-term profitability in this retail niche was going to be difficult to sustain.”
