Arby’s, Chick-fil-A and Starbucks among hardest hit during government shutdown

Much of the $3 billion that was permanently lost in the economy during the government shutdown came at the expense of foodservice operators including Arby’s, Chick-fil-A and Starbucks, which all reported decreased foot traffic during the time when federal workers went without paychecks, according to the Congressional Budget Office
