Sporting good retailers debate whether to carry firearms anymore

Consumers, by-and-large, are no longer buying their firearms from sporting goods retailers. Today, only six percent of rifle buyers make their purchase at a sporting goods retailer compared to nearly 35 percent who buy at a local firearms shop and more than 16 percent who purchase online.
