IHOP drummed up a lot of publicity and activity on social media channels last year when it changed the name of the company to IHOb as part of a marketing campaign to sell more hamburgers. This year, the chain is looking to promote its burgers again. This time, however, it isn’t changing its name; it’s calling its burgers pancakes instead.
