Home Depot CFO says Millennials invest in their homes

The average age of a new home buyer that shops at Home Depot is 33. These customers, according to Carol Tomé, the home improvement chain’s chief financial officer, see buying a house as “a good investment” and are open to “doing major projects” to upgrade their living quarters and increase the value of their properties.
