Ahold Delhaize U.S. posts same-store sales gain

Ahold Delhaize reported a 4.1 percent gain in same-store sales, including fuel, in the first quarter. The grocery chain operator said that online sales were up 4.6 percent during the quarter on top of a 188.3 percent jump the year before.
