Aldi Cofounder Laid to Rest

Theo Albrecht, who along with his brother Karl brought the limited assortment grocery concept to much of the world with the Aldi chain, passed away last weekend at the age of 88. The announcement of Mr. Albrecht’s death was not made public until after his funeral.
