Amazon.com, Costco, Kroger, Publix, Walmart and other grocers were given high marks for their responses to the coronavirus pandemic by 1,000 consumers polled by Magid. Amazon had the highest differential (30 percent more) between those who viewed its COVID-19 response favorably vs. unfavorably. Costco (+25 percent), Walmart (+22%), Publix (+21%) and Kroger (+21%).
