Amazon completes first delivery by drone

Jeff Bezos, Amazon.com’s founder and CEO, announced today that the e-tailer had completed its first use of a drone to make a delivery to a customer in Cambridgeshire, England. The delivery of an Amazon streaming device and popcorn from an Amazon warehouse took about 13 minutes for a round trip covering about two miles.
