Amazon exec named tech advisor to Jeff Bezos

Jeffery Helbling, who previously served as vice president of Amazon’s Kindle business, has become the new technical advisor to CEO Jeff Bezos. The position has served as a career springboard within the company for other tech executives including Andy Jassy, who heads up Amazon Web Services, and Amit Agarwal, who runs Amazon’s business in India.
