Americans don’t get rewards programs

New research from NextAdvisor finds a large percentage of American consumers are confused by rewards programs. Fifty-four percent have trouble understanding frequent flyer offers, 47 percent say the same about hotel loyalty programs and 44 are confused about credit card rewards.
