I have been retailing it since college. I've partnered with hyper-growth companies to Fortune 500 companies driving strategic transformations. I started in stores and merchandising. My roles have included strategy, operations, people, technology, marketing, sales and consulting. I now lead Retail & Consumer Goods for Talkdesk, an end to end customer service platform. In my current role, I love that I get to tackle one of things in this world I have no zen about - bad customer service! I'm particularly passionate about creating happy path experiences for customers and employees. I love that retail is never boring and not gonna lie I'm a total retail geek! I also have launched a community for Retail Women in Tech. We may be relatively well represented in leadership roles in core retail functions but not in brand IT orgs, solution providers and consulting.
