Current economic conditions as well as fierce competition for consumer dollars has led Bashas’ Supermarkets to give pink slips to 350 full- and part-time workers. The reduction, which included workers in the company’s stores, distribution centers and administrative offices, represents fewer than three percent of the company’s total workforce.
