Bi-Lo Holdings reaches deal with FCC over Delhaize stores

The parent company of Bi-Lo and Winn Dixie has reached an agreement with the Federal Trade Commission to sell off about a dozen of the 154 Sweetbay, Harveys and Reid’s stores it is acquiring from Delhaize.
