Brand uses AI and AR to help consumers get beautiful skin

Shiseido’s Optune system combined an app with a physical dispenser system to develop “serum and moisturizer combinations” that best meet the skin conditions of individual consumers. The system, which is available for $92 a month, allows users to collect data using a camera that is then analyzed using artificial intelligence to formulate the right product. The system checks users’ skin two times a day.
